adult classes
Looking for a fun, playful and creative form of exercise? Want to improve your strength and fitness in a friendly, welcoming and supportive community? Then aerial circus could be for you! Circus training carries many benefits, both for mental and physical health, developing and improving core and upper body strength, flexibility, fitness, balance, body awareness, problem solving and creativity.
We teach regular daytime aerial lessons at Sussex University Sports Centre, covering beginners and improvers levels. These sessions can be booked via the link below.
We hold our own regular adult circus and flexibility classes on Sunday afternoons and on some weekday evenings, at the University Of Sussex Sports Centre.
We also frequently organise exciting one-off workshops with experienced special guest tutors. These have covered skills such as acrobatics, handstands, acro-dance, acro-balance, hula hoop and focussed specialist workshops in a wide variety of aerial disciplines.
Previous guest tutors have included incredible performers from Gom Circus, No Fit State, Motionhouse and PunchDrunk theatre.
All of our sessions can be booked via our booking page or by using the link below.
We welcome all ages, shapes and sizes, fully supporting LGBQT+ and neuro-diverse participants.
We can also offer private tutoring for individuals or small groups, as well as private circus parties. Please contact us to enquire about these services.
