This 1.5 hour class is open to everyone!
We will focus on the fundamental techniques of Aerial hoop & Trapeze (but students can do whichever they prefer), come and play! Learn tricks, sequence flows and all the foundations to feel confident and have fun in the air while improving strength, flexibility and fitness in a super fun, friendly and supportive class.
Limited Spaces. All ages 16+ welcome.
Aerial coaches: Emma, Juice & Kitty on rotation.
All students must complete an online Student Info Form before attending any of our lessons or workshops. This only needs to be filled in once before your first class with us - but please resubmit if any of the information changes.
(You may complete your purchase before submitting the form to secure your place but please submit the form immediately afterwards. Please note, students who haven't completed a form prior to the start of the lesson / workshop will not be able to participate.)
