Fluid Flow Workshop with Seirian Griffiths - 15th February 2026 - 3.30 - 5.30pm
This wonderful workshop will be an introduction to Seirian's movement approach - Gravity Mechanics.
With influences from contemporary dance, floorwork, tricking, and capoeira, Seirian’s practice aims to show a new perspective on learning movement, and offering freedom to explore with ease and accumulating secure virtuosity.
Building from the ground up, the body is introduced to a foundation of pathways and patterns which allow exploration through a variety of physical levels and orientations.
Improvisation will be used as a tool to find freedom and expression within this, and choreographed sequences are the final piece of the puzzle where we will apply what we've learnt in an artistic and playful way.
