This class is suitable for Improvers level students with some experience (confident climbing, can invert from height with assistance) this 1.5 hour class will focus on the fundamental techniques of aerial, tricks, flows, conditioning and creative work plus longer sequences for those with more experience.
Students will work on Trapeze, Silks, Hammock, Rope and occasionally Hoop while improving their strength, flexibility and fitness in a fun, friendly and supportive class.
Limited Spaces. All ages 16+ welcome.
All students must complete an online Student Info Form before attending any of our lessons or workshops. This only needs to be filled in once before your first class with us - but please resubmit if any of the information changes.
